Soft All-Inclusive option includes:

Baby Card compulsory for children from 0 to 3 years old (not yet turned 3), €10 per day, to be settled on site,

Compulsory service card for adults and children from the age of 3 years, at €7 per day, to be settled on site,

Tourist tax from € 1.00 to € 1.50 per person per night, depending on the period of stay.

Cancellation conditions
Despite the uncertainty caused by the emergency Covid 19, we would like to thank you extending the special cancellation policy for 2021. We hope it will give you the serenity you deserve while booking a holiday with Lindbergh without concerns. With the #PrenotaSereno policy, the rate can be cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in. For late cancellations or no-show at the hotel the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking, in case the health-socio-economic conditions do not allow the provision of services according to the modalities specified in the DPCM.
NO WORRIES WITH LINDBERGH HOTELS
In addition to our free cancellation conditions (up to 24 hours before check-in), we have decided to guarantee the cancellation of your booking and the full reimbursement of your travel expenses, in the event that even one of the members of your family, or of those who will stay with you, was infected with Covid 19. Within 24 hours of your arrival at the hotel.
INFORMATIVE NOTE
To cancel the reservation, it is necessary to present (also as an attachment via e-mail) a medical documentation certifying the positivity from the SARS COV-2 virus. The reimbursement of travel expenses (incurred by ship, train or plane) will be paid by voucher of the same amount, to be used in one of the Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts, within 12 months from the date of issue.
